Integrating 5G, connected cities and bringing all stakeholder together increases city safety, efficiency in city-planning and more. As a UX and Engineering Manager for this technology, I aligned design and engineering through user research and collaborative strategic planning to bring new products to life.

My work in the healthcare and government sectors have focused on creating user-friendly solutions that improve patient and citizen experiences and streamline processes for all while integrating innovative technologies.  By applying human-centered design principles, I have developed tools that enhance user's experiences while creating practical value. 

Over the years, I have had the privilege of collaborating with some of the most respected companies in the industry, including Google, Deloitte, and Capital One. With a focus on researching GenZ and the groups that develop technology for them,  these partnerships have allowed me to tackle significant design challenges researching new technology including voice, AR/VR, Ai and Autonmous Vehicles.

Technology is hidden and user experience is evolving to make it more accessible and exciting. I have been at the forefront of this change. My work has enabled clients to build trust with their users through scenario planning, user testing, and trend forecasting.
